He is alive

Greetings:
Happy Easter today with the joy of Christ's resurrection at the top of our blessings on this special holiday.
We can take comfort that the price has been paid in full for our salvation, redemption and justification in the eyes of God. We are forgiven, wiped clean of sin by the shed blood of Jesus.
The stone had been rolled away and the tomb is empty. Christ lives. No greater gift could we ever receive.
The birth, death and glorious resurrection of Jesus Christ sets Christianity apart from other religions. Our Savior lives and we wait for His promised second coming.
The Bible asserts in 1 Corinthians 15:17, "If Christ has not been raised, your faith is worthless; you are still in your sins".
By raising from the dead, Jesus proved His authority and power to break the bonds of sin and to assure forgiveness and eternal life to all who accept His gift of salvation.
Resurrection is the basis for our Christ faith - Jesus Christ was born to a young virgin girl, he died on the cross and on the third day he rose from the death so we might have eternal life.
Those who persecuted Jesus and sentenced him to a humble and painful death on the cross thought on that Friday afternoon that the teachings of this young preacher man were going to be extinguished. Oh, they were so wrong. His teaching and the faith that was formed over the years are still alive and well on this day.
The Resurrection is the final proof that Jesus Christ is who He claimed to be. We can all shout for joy every Resurrection Sunday and proclaim loudly that "God's Not Dead. He's alive!
To Christians, Jesus' resurrection is important, not just because it proves to us who He is, but also because it is the basis for the hope of eternal life.
On this day we should appreciate the wonders and love of God's creation and everything he has granted us through his amazing grace. We should flock into our churches throughout the
world today not out of obligation, but to praise and worship his Holy Name.
Be blessed.
