Things change, flow with it

Greetings:
How many of you have changed your mind about something?
Have you ever got all dressed in the morning – feeling you've put on the perfect choice for the day – and before you left the house, you decided to change into something different?
How about you husbands and wives, have you changed your minds about something?
If you watch sports, particularly football, we know game officials do change their minds about a particular ruling on the field, many times with the assistance of the beloved 'video replay'.
Have you ever walked up to the counter in a fast food restaurant, placed your order, then stepped back and thought for a moment, then stepped back up and changed your order?
Our lawmakers change their minds about laws and draft new ones.
We all are in a constant state of change in our jobs and homes.
Change happens all around us.
Day changes to night.
The seasons change.
The circumstances of our lives change. One day we may be up and the next day, down.
How many of you know that God and His Word doesn't change?
He’s one person we can always count on, that will never let us down. We can trust in Him, no matter what else happens.
The Bible tells us in Hebrews 13:8 that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Life is like being in a boat, with constant movement caused by the waves. But the Word of God is like stepping off onto solid ground, a firm foundation that doesn’t change with time or circumstances.
Be blessed.

Pray with expectancy

Note - For the next several days I will be off the grid with no Internet or phone service. I will resume my morning writings on Monday.  ...
